Energized post‑punk with Tramhaus in Klubben at Nalen. A post‑punk sensation from Rotterdam, praised for its energetic and emotionally charged live shows where a broad, electrifying sound moves between shoegaze and punk rock. On November 27 they will play at Klubben at Nalen together with Drakenberg as support, in the middle of an intense touring period and growing international impact. Tramhaus has quickly become known for its explosive performances, capturing the audience from the first to the last note. The band’s expression is shaped by the members’ diverse musical tastes, creating a dynamic and unpredictable sound. Since the beginning the band has toured heavily and built a growing international audience. In 2023 they carried out a noted tour in Japan, and their debut album The First Exit was released in September 2024. The album was widely praised at home, with De Volkskrant, NRC and Trouw all giving top marks. A sold‑out show in the large hall at Paradiso in Amsterdam also received rave reviews. Internationally Tramhaus continues to reach far and wide. In the autumn of 2024 they toured Europe with several sold‑out concerts, and ahead lie a new Asian tour as well as shows around Europe in 2026 and 2027. On November 27 they will be at Klubben at Nalen, right in this expansive phase. This evening opens with Drakenberg, an indie band with roots in the internationally respected post‑punk group Holograms. They recently released the EP Den Långa Vägen Hem. The music magazine Hymn described them as one of Sweden’s most interesting indie bands and highlighted the new single Tillbaka till Verkligheten as a brilliant example that guitar music is alive and thriving. The energy is described as contagious, the vocals as impressive and the melodies as akin to a classic Tracks hit from the ’90s – indie at its best.
