After the performances at Hovet and in Scandinavium as support to Lorna Shore,
the Swedish deathcore band Humanity’s Last Breath has recharged. Together with
support from Vildhjarta, Enterprise Earth, and Karmanjakah, they are setting up a
sumptuous all-you-can-eat buffet consisting of extreme metal, technical precision,
and an almost claustrophobically heavy atmosphere.
Their fifth album ”Ashen” from 2023 marked yet another new high point on
Humanity’s Last Breath's steadily rising performance curve. Everything was rawer,
more violent, and even denser than before. Since then, they have continued to
consolidate their position on the international metal scene through extensive touring
and a steady stream of concerts around Europe.
In January 2026, the band also released the acclaimed single “Godhood”. The song
once again demonstrates the band's ability to combine crushing weight with an almost
cinematic feel.
When Humanity’s Last Breath now returns to the stage in Sweden, they do so
together with a decidedly heavy company.
