Klubb DÖD: Giftorm, Decibel Blonde & Deposit

GIFTORM - Giftorm is a Stockholm-based rock band that channels raw punk energy through distorted guitars, heavy bass lines, restless rhythms and experimental textures. The band was formed by high‑school friends who were united by chaos, volume and curiosity, and Giftorm thrives best in energetic live settings where the music can breathe and take unexpected turns. With roots in classic rock the band moves toward the intensity of hardcore punk, the repetitive drive of krautrock and electronic excursions. The result balances nostalgia with unpredictability. Lyrically, Giftorm explores alienation, confusion and the friction between impulse and consequence, often drawing on everyday behaviours and emotional breakdowns. Giftorm has released its self‑titled debut album on all major streaming platforms. A year filled with live shows and much more awaits.

DECIBEL BLONDE - Decibel Blonde was formed in the heart of Stockholm's rock'n'roll scene (aka the basement venues) and blends inspiration from 70s underground punk with a more modern, alternative production to somehow create its own sound. Focusing on energetic live shows and building a community, the music deals with the confusion of being young in a chaotic world that seems to be on fire. The lyrics touch on heartbreak and social issues that speak to our present, while the music is packed with punky vibes for those with a rush in their hearts.

DEPOSIT - The Stockholm band that quickly established itself on the city's underground scene with a raw and honest mix of post‑punk, noise rock, and post‑hardcore. Driving bass riffs, pounding guitars, and a vocal from the band's singer from Aotearoa (New Zealand) that demands your attention. Deposit writes songs that are honest, fun and entertaining.
